Shipping & Delivery Policy

To manage customer expectations and ensure strict compliance with domestic logistics regulations for our wholesale operations, the following shipping parameters apply:

• Ground Shipping Only: Due to the flammable nature of fragrance ingredients, our products cannot be transported via air freight. All shipments are dispatched via ground transportation. Please expect deliveries to take 5-7 business days.

• No International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of India due to strict cross-border hazardous material transport restrictions.

• No Address Changes: To prevent transit loss and ensure security, delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched.
