1. Verified Importer Sourcing We do not purchase through gray-market middleman networks or unverified liquidators. Every fragrance offered on PriceOn is procured straight from official, authorized brand importers and sole distributors in India. All full-size retail products arrive in original factory packaging featuring standard 12- or 13-digit retail barcodes (EAN or UPC) printed directly on the outer back panel.

2. Batch Code & Authenticity Verification While a retail barcode identifies the product model and size, every genuine luxury fragrance also carries a separate, unique batch code stamped or laser-engraved onto both the outer box and the bottom of the perfume bottle itself. Before any order leaves our facility, our team verifies that the batch code on the bottle matches the one on the box.

How to check your batch code:

  • Locate the 4- to 8-character alphanumeric code printed or laser-etched on the bottom of your perfume bottle.

  • Ensure the same code matches the stamp on the bottom of the outer retail box.

  • You can verify production dates and manufacturing details using independent global cosmetic databases such as CheckFresh or CheckEXP.

Note on Testers: If you purchase a tester or an unboxed unit, it may lack the standard outer retail packaging or a retail barcode, but it will always feature the genuine matching batch code etched onto the bottle.

3. Batch Inspection & Quality Checks: Each shipment delivered to our facility undergoes a multi-point physical inspection:

  • Packaging Integrity: Inspection of cellophane overwrapping, box weight, and embossed brand typography.

  • Atomizer & Cap Fit: Verifying precision weight and snug fit of caps and spray nozzles.

  • Storage Conditions: Fragrances are stored in temperature-controlled environments away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve top and heart notes.

4. Defect Protection & Hassle-Free Returns: In the rare event that you receive a damaged bottle, a leaking atomizer, or a verified transit defect, we stand by our quality commitment.
