Return & Refund Policy

General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of fragrances and our strict hygiene and quality assurance standards, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. Once a product has been dispatched, it is considered a final sale. We cannot accept returned items to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory for all our clients. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Defective Items

We uphold rigorous quality control checks prior to dispatch. In the rare event that a product is physically damaged in transit or demonstrably defective, please adhere to the following mandatory procedure:

  • Immediate Notification: Issues must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Evidence: A clear, unedited continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and detailing the specific damage is strictly required. Claims without valid unboxing footage will not be entertained.

  • Escalation Process: Claims are not automatically approved. They are escalated to our Quality Assurance Team for forensic review. This process is exclusively for genuine transit damage. If the product is found to be used, sprayed, or tampered with, the claim will be summarily rejected.

Legal Disclaimer & Statutory Rights: This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India. Under standard retail practices for "Personal Care" items, goods that are liable to deteriorate, expire rapidly, or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics and fragrances) are exempt from open return policies. While standard returns are not permitted, we acknowledge the consumer's right to a replacement solely in cases of proven manufacturing defects or spurious goods as mandated by Indian Law.
